The farm with a 'million dollar view'
 Tucker Farms, Inc. is a family owned and operated potato farm on the north slope of the Adirondack Mountains twenty miles north of Lake Placid. This relative isolation and high elevation is ideal for growing vigorous, top quality, disease-free seed potatoes. Our entire acreage is entered for certification as foundation and/or certified seed. In our spare time, we also grow strawberries, farm fresh vegetables, grains, and cover crops for local markets.

NOTE: Tucker Farms offers all of its 10 lb bags of tablestock potatoes for sale, identified by variety. We do not know of any other grower/supplier of tablestock potatoes who is doing this.

For the third time in four years, Tucker Farms Inc. has won the 2007 Eastern Region Grand Champion prize in the consumer package contest for potatoes sponsored by the NYS Dept. of Agriculture and Markets and the Empire State Potato Growers, Inc. Tucker Farms was honored in 2002 to be recognized by the New York State Agricultural Society as a "Century Farm" for more than 100 years of continuous family operation.
